DAMAGES~ All items are inspected before shipping. In the event you receive an item with an undetected defect we missed, we will exchange it for the exact size, style and color. Damages must be claimed within 7 days of delivery. Any damaged items to be exchanged, MUST have tags attached and MUST be in the original condition. *We are not responsible for dry cleaning damages*

 RETURNS~ The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and returned items. For your protection we suggest using an insured carrier as we are not responsible for lost returns. We reserve the right to deny any request for exchange or store credit for a returned item.

**Items that smell of perfume or smoke, will NOT be accepted for return.**
